List of NOCs required for Project Approval

The construction of any real estate project requires a series of approvals in the form of a “No Object Certificate” (NOC) from the development regulatory authority, which is formed as per the policy approved by the federal government.

NOCs ensure timely approval of location and construction plans, issuance of necessary NOCs from relevant departments and agencies, and completion of relevant formalities.

In this regard, presents a comprehensive list of all required NOCs issued by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for approval of projects under the jurisdiction of CDA in Islamabad.

Legal document

“Border Certificate” or “Tree Axis”

Special maps are edited by the ‘Patwari’ or ‘Tehsildar’ so that the property/project owners present a clear picture of the land under beneficial ownership.

When constructing CDA highways and driving roads, it is necessary to obtain an access road permit from the authorities.

Act of final construction

The final construction certificate is proof that the construction work was carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations of the civil authority. Completion certificate can be obtained from CDA.
